THEY JUST USE A CHEMICAL TO STRIP THE WAX OFF!!! Mr. Sandless did a fantastic job as we have old, tough floors. I like that they don't do any sanding as they just use a chemical to strip the wax off. It began out with one guy and he had to have two a lot more come and assist him since the wax was so difficult to eliminate. The floors dried in an hour and it only took him one day to finish the job. I had to wait three hours before I could put my furniture back but the floor looks wonderful and also the crew was quite polite. Alison W. Delaware County, Pa.
